Good strong cool white light. This one is 'daylight' colour temp, which is the blueish stark white. A worthy replacement to incandescent. This one is meant to be equivalent of a 40w incandescent.

General points about lighting
To me the main factors are 'lumens' and 'colour temp' 

Alternatives :
Poundland have 3w LED bulbs for £1. Perhaps try them first if new to LEDs ?

Verdict :
Up to the job but check Poundland out too.

Should do the job to bluetooth enable computers/laptops that don't have bluetooth. It seems to be recognised by my Windows 8 computer though I haven't managed to get my bluetooth headset operating (probably not it's fault ?)

Handy when you want to connect something like your phone to a car radio (for example). Retractable is a lot more handy than ordinary messy cable.

That said, I am 'bluetoothing' anything I can (retrospectively), and doing away with the wires altogether. For devices that aren't bluetoothed this means buying a 'receiver' or 'transmitter' (depending on which way I want the signal to go). But this retractable stereo jack is my 2nd option.

Worth buying  ? Yes

Bluetoothing retrospective (for electronics with 3.5mm jacks) :
This section is for if you want to 'bluetooth enable' devices that do not have bluetooth hardware installed (e.g. hifi) 

If you want to send a signal from e.g  hifi to Bluetooth headphones, your hifi needs s BLUETOOTH TRANSMITTER like this :
